We stock an extensive range of Arators including Paddles , Injectors and Splashers. Aeration is vital in any water, as an adequate oxygen supply is required for all of the biological processes that take part in an aquatic system and as our climate continues to change, many waters should not be without these crucial pieces of equipment. Where a water body has excessive algae, high organic silt levels, large stocks of fish or even large numbers of waterfowl, oxygen levels can drop quickly causing distress and in many cases fatalities to fish and other aquatic life.
We offer an extensive range of aerators in both 3 phase and single phase domestic supply and can provide quick affordable solutions to low oxygen levels. We supply only the best quality aerators and utilise new technology to ensure better transfer rates and lower running costs than any other aerators on the market.
For our Paddle and Impellor Aerators we adopt the Arcual-bevel gears instead of worm gears, thereby economizing on energy with high efficiency, saving over 20% electricity running costs over traditional models. The Arcual-bevel gear is made of chromium-manganese-titanium with carbon-nitride surface treatment. This ensures long usage life spans and high rigidity.
Oxygen transfer rates of 2.59kg (O2)/h, 36.3% higher than the standard. Power efficiency is 1.71kg (O2)/KWh, 36.8% higher than the standard. Please be aware that our prices include VAT and Delivery*, do not be fooled by other companies who add these on later. * For deliveries to Central London, Northern Ireland, South-West England, some parts of Wales, IOW, IOM and Scotland there may be a courier surcharge. All our Aerators come with 25 meters of cables as standard, if you require more than this please add £ 1.95 per meter for single phase cable and £ 2.95 per meter for 3 phase cable.
Paddle Aerators Paddle Aerators are the most efficient way of getting oxygen into a water and offer higher transfer rates than almost all other aeration machines, Environment Agency guidelines suggest that 1 horsepower per acre should be used. Our largest Paddle Aerator is a 3 HP 6 paddle unit. These units also attach in line to enable huge areas of water to receive coverage. These units work well on most waters and are suitable for shallow waters where stratification does not occur. These units do however create a large wake behind them and in smaller waters may cause bankside erosion, if your water is very small and has weak banks, it may be worth considering a different type of aerator.

Air Jet Aerators
These new units replace our old single and double float aerators and are a much improved design; the motor is now mounted on top of the unit out of the water, in place of a submerged motor. These are powerful electric water aerators that work on a venturi principle and circulate water from below the surface, adding air, which is sucked in through the top. These are especially good on deeper waters where stratification occurs and there is poor water circulation and poor oxygen levels. These aerators are suitable for waters with weaker banks as there is limited erosive affect. Injector aerators produce a flow of water that creates a pressure drop, able to draw air through the support and regulation pipe and disperse them as very fine bubbles in the propeller's turbulence. Jet aerators can be submerged to several depths and can be tilted to 60ºC to -60 ºC to the surface of the water

A great all purpose aerator that is especially useful for fish rearing units and shallow lakes where surface oxygen is vital. Stainless steel waterproofed motor and high-efficiency ensure this aerator offers great value. The parts we adopt are corrosion resistant materials to ensure a long lifespan. The units are light, flexible and easy to operate and can be available for oxygen increasing in deep water, an active screw impeller ensures energy efficiency. These units require a minimum depth of 0.6 metres ( 24 inches ) and are used for many water types including rearing units and shrimp pools. These units can be used in waters with weak banks as they have little erosive affect.
